The best way to draw a crowd is to enter the room and leave the page 
up.  Check it periodically for someone else entering the room.   I 
need to put an audio alert as part of the messages being posted or 
when someone enters the room.

A good way to form a big chat 'party' is to make an announcement a 
week ahead of time in the forums and other places.

One year during Xmas I think we had, what was it... 35 in the room at 
once, more or less?  I forget the details but it was great.
