I'm surprised no one every stepped back at this and looked at it from
outside the box. Who's to say you can't have someone in Russia archive the
material and host it, paying very small royalties. Look at allofmp3.com for
example. Not even the RIAA could touch them over their mp3 structure.
I hate to sound like a pirate here, but sometimes life is not in your
control .
Point being, all one would have to do here is find a country that doesn't
uphold copyright law. Then the copyright isn't even an issue anymore. I
don't believe in pirating the work, but after reading all that, no one knows
where the copyright is, who holds it ect. Its this fuzziness that creates
the dilemma in the first place. So just send Lonnie a donation of a nickel a
mag, 99 cents disk. End of story.
