I think I found what the problem was. I was trying to rebuild the copy from
the coco downunder but I think this one have an error. I managed to build it
correctly today; the game was still not working so the guy on the internet
did something wrong with the sector patch.
Sadly I can't show proof that I own a real copy so you dont have to send it
to me.

sounds to me like you are still trying to copy "Z-89"
if that is so, then just forcing the coco to think that drive0 and drive2
are both on the first side of your drive0 disk won't work. the coco DOES
NOT check the side information on a disk during reads and writes. to do
that you would have to patch the DSKCON routine. fortunately, The
Defeater does patch the DSKCON routine and will assist you in making a
copy (it is a little tedious and time consuming since Z-89 copy
protected so many tracks--but WTH, The Defeater is a public domain
program!)
if you can think of a way to show proof that you have a legal copy of
Z-89, i'll email you a program that will generate a copy of the disk
without having to do all the work necessary to manually make a copy.
