Seems to work on the Dragon too, so must have been in the M$ source, 
wonder if it works in GWBasic ? Just checked with mess, and yes it does 
indeed work in GWBASIC, at least for the play command.

Used :

10 FOR A=1 TO 5
20 PLAY "O=A,CDEFGAB"
30 NEXT A
