[Coco] Marty is getting rid of his CoCo stuff

I've already been in contact with Marty - apparently I was the first one to respond.
Plans are the same, though - distribute within the the community.

I think all of Marty's stuff should be preserved, and the community, as a whole, will decide
what happens to unique items as mentioned earlier, like any books, notebooks, writings, etc...
