I have scanned copies of all of those you mentioned except the January 1982
issue. My collection of printed issues started with the February '82 issue.
I have tape copies of the software for more, and have made .DSK files of
those.

I scanned mine at 300DPI using Adobe Acrobat v6.0, with a CanoScan 5200F
scanner.
