Keep in mind that VCC is a Coco3 emulator. The Coco3 never swapped 
artifact colors by hitting the RESET button, that's for the Coco1 and 2 
only.

The Coco3 does not start the video system at random so to swap artifact 
colors you must hold down the F1 key during startup. Try holding down 
the F1 key while doing a hard reset (menu/files) with VCC. Of course 
Composite mode must be selected.
