Being from Quebec, I can tell you that for sure, Quebecois French is 
different from Parisien French. They use a lot more frenglish than we do 
(english words pronounced àlà french.... that sounds totally horrible).

Nope, we use quatre vingt dix. The Belgians use "nonante" .
