[Coco] SoftLaw's VIP series

Earlier, I was trying to run VIP Terminal in my CoCo 3. No luck either 
from the "Library" disk, or a "VIP Terminal" original disk.
With the original setting, I get a garbled screen. Changing it to 32 
cols, gives me an empty frozen screen...
