[Coco] virtual NitrOS-9 HD for the emulators

Can someone remind me of the procedure either in MESS, Keil's or 
Vavasour's emulators for running NitrOS-9 from a virtual hard 
drive?  I had this set up once but didn't gather up all the stuff to 
put in one folder with a tutorial for later.  Now I'm a bit lost in 
getting it to work.

I think I recall Robert Gault's RGBDOS being required and also the 
stocked virtual hard drive file, which I can't locate in my thousands of files.

I want to be able to type DOS from the CoCo boot screen and go right 
into NitrOS-9.
