[Coco] 2764 EPROM

Anybody tried the Ramtron FRAMs?   Mouser carries the FM1608 for about
$5.00.  They only have the SOIC package in stock, but that's not a big
problem, I've got SOIC to DIP PCBs.

 If I understand how they work, you simply use them as RAMs, but they retain
memory even longer than flash RAMs. It would be relatively simple to put one
into the socket of a pack, since the pinouts seem to be compatible to the
27C64 chips.

I suppose that the most complicated will be to get the WR signal out of the
connector when addressing the ROM addresses C000 and up.

I've ordered a few to see what can be done.
