Just a report it works fine on my Vista machine(s).
The only thing I can think is the Windows filewall may be set to block Java.
Control Pane \ Windows Firewall \ "Allow a program through Windows firewall"
Of course, this won't help if the page flat out won't load for you.

As the site works for me with Java 6.2 and WinXP Home SP2 but does not
for you with Vista, I'd say the problem involves Vista and not the site.
Whether it is Sun not matching Vista or MS not giving enough info to Sun
to generate the needed Java seems to be the question.
