[Coco] CoCo cartridge PCB thickness

They may not all be the same.

The Speech Sound Cart board is .067 inches except for the connection 
area that inserts into the Coco. That seems to be ground or just 
slightly smaller at about .065 inches. Perhaps the difference is caused 
by the paint layers.
