[Coco] Fast/Slow

It fires up FAST, believe me. Ran Goldrunner and WOW does that guy run!
I don't mind, just want to be able to put a line in the Autoexec.bas to
select speed upon startup.

The same POKE used on all Coco3s whatever the DOS, POKE &HFFD8,0 I'm
under the impression that HDB-DOS runs at .89MHz unless you deliberately
POKE &HFFD9,0. Why do you think it is running at 1.78MHz?
