[Coco] No MPI - any suggestions?

Thanks for taking the time to dig out the info, much appreciated!
Whilst working on a Coco project recently, I wrote a small PC program to
convert a raw binary file to a Coco .BIN file. The easiest route for me is
to run my program on a ROMPAK dump (locating in unused - even high - RAM),
and then load it into an emulator (eg MESS) and then CSAVEM from there.
Whether I play back a WAV file or attempt to CLOADM directly on the real
Coco, either way I should end up with the ROMPAK data in unused RAM.
Next step is CSAVE/CLOAD a short BASIC program that writes the ROMPAK data
to the flash cart - and viola!
That's the theory anyway. ;)
