[Coco] Glenside IDE Controller Question...

Using dskini, I am able to move disk images over to the coco from a 
PC.  How do I
handle moving individual files such as updat1030.lha?  Also, I am 
assuming this is a
compressed file.  What program do I need to uncompress this file?
