[Coco] CocoFlash prices

I've worked out some prices as per my coco page.

Not sure if they're what people were expecting, but the killer is the cost 
of small prototype runs for the PCB and procurement of parts.

Note that the Coco-Flash2 board is yet to be tested/priced.
