I had to take care of a bigger problem than just a community web site 
being down.  All of my business e-mail accounts were deleted and 
disabled (nonexistent), and 3 sites were down, 2 of which I depend 
on.  Had the hacker got into my PayPal account, then what.  Also, the 
Thanksgiving holiday is when I sell the most software.  The days that 
the sites were down, I did nothing.   It's almost like getting a call 
from someone telling you that your real store has been broken into 
and the criminal is still walking around in the store, but you decide 
to ignore it until you return from a road trip.  I just had to defend 
everything that goes through one server.
