[Coco] Glenside IDE Hard Drive Interface --- HOW-TO

I am trying to put together a DSK file for you.  Having problems on 
this side doing that.  I
have a PC/XT that is reading through part of the disk and then 
erroring out.  Perhaps the
disk itself has a problem and that is the source of my problems.
