[Coco] patch to build toolshed on FC-6

Ahh, yes, makemwav is Tim's contribution.  I did a cvs update -d    
and it came up fine.  So Chris, do that and it will pick up added  
directories when you do an update.

So Tim, you've added John's recommended patch... good.
