[Coco] ADOS3 tokens

Your memory is correct; the added commands in ADOS used the same tokens as the
CoCo 3's Super Extended Basic commands, so the tokens in ADOS and ADOS-3 had to
be different. My recollection is that I used two-byte function tokens for the
added commands in ADOS-3 and Extended ADOS-3, even though they were commands
rather than functions. (That enabled me to save some ROM space since there were
some noncritical bytes available at the top of the original function table that
enabled me to just continue that table without having to relocate anything.)
