[Coco] CoCoDisk Update v03

The latest changes to CoCoDisk are:

- Will no longer abort because of too many errors.
- Should now appear in the Task Bar when running.
- Added an icon for the exe file.

I have decided to just use one name (CoCoDisk.zip) for the download link 
when a new version is posted, rather than keep changing the name to reflect 
the version number.
