[Coco] Good news: my CoCo 3 is back to life!

Let me verify that as true, the 3022 is the only RS disk controller that 
needs +12V to operate.

Yes, the 3029 Hi-density mod does work. Hopefully once my stuff gets out 
of storage and back into a house I can keep going on that little project!
