[Coco] a fest info site

I wrote to a Glenside member about the donated www.annualcocofest.com 
site that's been just sitting there, and I added a little form to the 
page that will forward e-mails to Glenside in English form from the 
form data.  It's not their official way of collecting information, 
but I've only seen one e-mail in a month about any fest information 
or what site to go to for more info, so as a service I used some of 
my spare time tonight (what's that?) to update the site I threw 
together as a community service.
