[Coco] progress with orders

I cranked out a significant number of pending orders today for the 
CoCo TV DVD and CoCo Collection CD and it looks like by tomorrow 
afternoon I might be caught up.  However, I'm still considering doing 
a partner deal with somebody willing to produce future or pending 
orders on demand for the DVD and CD products.

Offloading some of this work will allow me to put more into the 
Rainbow IDE software and finish making the cassette and PC Link cables, etc.
