That very statement is contradictory. Shareware is only allowed to be
used for a limited time with out payment.
According to http://www.haxial.com/faq/license/ that time limit is 30
days. After such time it is illegal to use their software with out
purchasing a license.
It is also not available for all platforms, only a select few, so it can
only be used on low end servers.
I also see nothing in the KDX functionality that is not provided by
existing open source products and defacto or standard known protocols,
and aside from this thread, I have never heard of it before.
It is very incorrect to call shareware free, or imply that it can be
used with out paying.
I have had some bad experience with purchasing what I thought were free
utilities and have them turn out to be almost completely shareware
utilities that if the licenses for all were purchased would be a
considerable sum.
For this reason, I totally avoid shareware and products marketed by
shareware, and make sure that I have only products that are open source
and free, or ones that I have obtained a legal license for on my computers.
Also in this case, even if the product were available for my platform, I
could not purchase it as it requires PayPal, which has terms of service
that allows them to automatically extract payments and gives me no
method of preventing such an extract should I want to dispute a billing.
