Yes, in fact I did get both magazines. I subscribed to Australian Rainbow, 
and bought the US Rainbow from the local newsagency (news-stand??)

There was a companion magazine in Australia called Australian Coco, which 
either I or Brian(Briza) will scan and upload. Australian Coco was 
exclusively Aussie content.

Australian Rainbow usually had all the articles of the US parent, but none 
of the US adverts, replacing them with Australian distributor's adverts, and 
some Australian content was also added.

As far as I know there was never any British magazine for the Coco. I don't 
know if there was one for the Dragon. I guess Phill Harvey-Smith would be 
able to tell you that.
