Sounds right on to me, Gene. I'm not a big fan of expanded
copyrights, but the law is the law and Hex Star's trolling for
support within the CoCo Community could have some unpleasant
ramifications if an author got a tick under his skin.

Dennis -- any comment? What is the liability of a mail list server if
it allows advertising of illegal activities? I raise the question
because Ira has already made HIS wishes known, and Gene has spoken
for HIS creations (in the event they are in Ira's collection). A
suit can be brought by any attorney on a fishing expedition, but have
there been any similar cases adjudicated that you know of?
