FPGA

Field Programable Gate Array.

The heart of an FPGA is the 4 input LUT(Lookup Table). It can be 
programmed to simulate any two to four input gate. A decent size FPGA will 
have between 2000 and 10,000 LUTs. Along with latches and other logic 
you can do just about any digital circuit you can think of.
