Another option asuming that your Linux box is running ssh (not sure if  
FC will do, but most do), is to download and install WinSCP on the  
windows box, point this at your linux box and away you go, WinSCP  
supports an explorer like interface so that you can drag and drop  
files to/from it as if it where a folder on the local machine.
