[Coco] Logo for the next fest

Rumor has it that Ron Delvaux may have mentioned these words:

I like it a lot - but if it were me, I'd make a couple wee small changes:

1) On the dorky side, I'd make all the stars Red, Green & Blue (the colors 
of the /// logo)... Hey, I said it was dorky! ;-)

2) More importantly, IMHO, "Seventeenth" is an awfully large word to try to 
read upside-down. My dyslexia actually makes it easier for me to read 
upside-down (and also mirror writing - I write in mirror with my left hand) 
but a _lot_ of people might try to stand on their heads trying to read it! 
I'd leave the text where it's at, but make it face up... and personally, 
I'd make "seventeenth" numerical (17^th^) ** but again, that's just a 
personal thing - I like numbers.

** ^th^ means SuperScript the letters - I despise HTML in email...

That said, you still have a big winner on your hands! ;-)
