Please take a deep breath and let my words savor before you reply.
ANYTHING you type is viewed as just an excuse. Nothing but time is going to 
change that.
I strongly advise that you go into the LURK mode for a while. Reply now and 
then
to a thread that you can add constructively to, and return to LURK.

The CoCo community has been very close knit for many years. You can still
