[Coco] CoCo commercials

Hello gang,

I've gathered up some old CoCo television commercials and plan on 
putting them on CoCo3.com in .mov (QuickTime) format since my host 
claims to stream better using QuickTime and HTTP psuedo-streaming.

The videos are currently in Flash .flv format.  Does anyone know of 
an .flv to .mov converter for Windows?  I'd like to do the 
conversions in one step but I realize I could probably do .flv -> 
.avi -> .mov or something similar, but I want to retain as much 
quality as I can since the commercials are already in VHS quality or less.

If conversion is not ideal, I might go ahead and put the .flv files up.
