[Coco] little campaign to help CoCo3.com hosting

I am working on putting the CoCo Collection CD and CoCo TV video DVD 
back on the home page of coco3.com since I have relocated and most of 
the moving work is over.  I've set up office again and can accept 
orders, but the ads may not appear right away since I have to insert 
the PayPal buttons in a special way.  I'll be working on that.

In the meantime, if you'd like to order the CoCo CD or video DVD 
called "CoCo TV" (very nice item), I can accept orders by PayPal at 
any time to payment at coco3.com.

CoCo Collection CD is $10
CoCo TV DVD is $14, no fancy labels are being produced at this time 
so I lowered the cost.  This is a dual-layer 8gb video disc.

if you live outside of the U.S. please add $4 for shipping on each 
item.  If you order both, I'll put them in one mailer.
