[Coco] CCASM 8k ROM generation

To Robert Gault,
I am not having a problem when I assembly short programs as an 8K 
ROM.  It pads the extra bytes and reports no errors.

What version of CCASM are you using?  I could e-mail you my latest 
version if you like.  I haven't posted it on the web in a while, and 
the Rainbow IDE usually gets a snapshot of the latest CCASM at the 
time I released the IDE.
