Throw me in the "me too" column on this matter.

Yes, it's over the $75 budget, but I bought one of these about 2 years 
ago, and I can't believe I used to struggle with $10 Radio Shack 
soldering irons for most of my life.

Not only is it great at fine and delicate work, I also regularly solder 
things with it that even the trusty Weller 100W soldering gun won't.

An amazing tool- money well spent.
