[Coco] Lost Indentities.

Actually, BBCODE was disabled some months back, so I will have to enable it
again. Been real busy this past week so I'll get to it hopefully this
weekend.
No identities have been LOST from the forums. I manually delete accounts if
I see that the originate from known spam domains or their profile looks like
it was filled out by a BOT. I require that each new member fill out the
forum entry for Computer/CoCo Interests. If it's blank and I don't
recognize your name, I delete.
What address did you send your e-mails to? My e-mail address for you is
operator @ coco3.com. I'm still reading my recent incoming, so perhaps I
haven't gotten to them yet. Sorry!
The forum system is not hacked by anyone. If a spammer got in it was
because I had the verification feature dropped down a level temporarily to
use the e-mail mode so a recent CoCo user could get in. He was having
problems.
I depend on visitors of the site to inform me of certain problems that I
don't always notice first. If anyone is aware of any spam accounts before I
am, send me an e-mail privately or to this list, and I will go delete the
account, no problem. With you asking to be a moderator, I appreciate that
you spot things like this and delete bad messages before I can get to them.
It is no mystery that you and others might post in the forums more
frequently than me at times since I have so many concurrent duties, but I'm
there every day either reading, backing the database up, verifying new
members, etc.
