[Coco] NitrOS-9/ToolShed now on SourceForge

The NitrOS-9 Project and ToolShed have finally made it to their new  
home on SourceForge.  The URLs for both projects' home pages are:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/toolshed

Full bug reporting, mailing lists and group discussions are now  
possible.  Those who wish to resume their developer status should  
contact me via email so I can set them back up.  A SourceForge ID  
will be required, of course.
