[Coco] CM-8 Monitor Specs

The CM8 is a CGA flavor monitor. It will not handle 640x480. The horizontal line
frequency is fixed at 15.7 KHz +/-.

The later idea of using opamps to convert the Y/R-Y/B-Y signals from the
MC6847 is a very doable project. Besure that you wieght the conversion
correctly. You use the HS signal to generate the verticle sync by using an
appropriate counter (divider). For noninterlace this would, I believe, be 262.
