Hi Marcus, just missed you on ICQ while replying...
> What do you mean by "mirrored" cable?
Well, either the numbering of the pinout was mirrored or it said "bottom
view" and has been actually "top view".
> Do you think that the following pinout could be correct?
Yeah, that's fine, it's the corrected version, I just checked it. I once
tried to correct all wrong GIFs which appeared around the net :-)...
> PS: I'd like to connect my CoCo 3 to a 1084S Commodore monitor.
Yeah that one works fine for me too (besides some glitches with one of
my PAL CoCo3 from Australia, either with GIME '86 or '87, don't remember
Which version of the 1084S do you have? The one with the DSUB-9 RGB
connector? It has a C-SYNC (combined H-SYNC and V-SYNC) input, but it's
not necessary to built the circuit to combine the CoCo's H&V or separate
them from the Composite Video: just the Composite Video signal works
fine, the monitor itself will strip H-SYNC and V-SYNC. If you need help,
just let me know.
PS: Just found that one: http://www.carloscardoso.com/?p=403
