it looks like that monitor (the d1 and d2 variants) only have TTL inputs. The pinout on my website should work, but the colors will be limited... no gaming. I would suggest bypassing the TTL input circuitry which actually converts the digital signals to analog, and inject the analog signals downstream. Others have done this to convert a monitor to analog inputs.
