[Coco] CoCo Cafe rooms

I've added a Pub room to the CoCo Cafe in expectation for the usual 
holiday chats.  I also scheduled a chat party for Dec 24th all 
day.  Some of us will probably be caught up in the shopping chaos so 
if this date looks bad I might shoot for the 23rd.
