Thanks James, I'm familiar with the project. In fact, I tried getting the 
68K running from the previous release (2K6B) without any luck - I emailed 
Wolfgang and he told me to wait until the next release (2K7A). I've since 
had another quick go at it but not seriously enough to ascertain whether or 
not it is working properly in my setup.

It didn't occur to me that the floppy interface would be so useful - I guess 
I was focused on the 68K and overlooked it - thanks! I'll check it out when 
it comes time.

I'm actually working on C64 1541 (floppy drive) emulation atm - in such a 
way as to partition the 'front end' (drive logic) from the 'back end' (media 
interface) - my hope is to develop plug'n'play components if you like to 
support a variety of floppy interfaces to more modern media. Of course the 
Coco is on my to-do list.
