That is just not true. I can boot 3.2.6 into a term32 screen and use
wcreate and/or just use the stock W windows with no problems. I have
posted how to create such a boot disk.

For anyone that does not believe this is possible, I can send a NitrOS-9
6309 LevelII minimalist boot disk which you can test.
