No. The computer I'm using it on is a desktop on which OmniFlop works fine 
on the 5¼ drive. I'd suggest that there needs to be some parameters changed 
for FDRAWCMD to read the 5¼ drives.

Is this a laptop with an external floppy
drive?  I know that OmniFlop won't work on a
laptop, and for whatever reason it can't, maybe
the guts of VCC is having the same problem.
