[Coco] CCASM ported to Linux

Good news fellas,

I'll do more testing tonight but the first .asm program I ran through 
CCASM generated 0 errors and a pretty listing.  This was the large 
source code to my old Super-MAC graphics viewer for the CoCo 3.

CCASM is compatible with EDTASM source code, but Robert Gault may 
know of a few quirks or differences.  Still, this is a 6809/6309 
assembler with lots of features, so stay tuned for more details.
