[Coco] more C libs

[Willard Goosey]

On one of my old OS-9 disks, I found a copy of clib.l that seems to
have a VDG graphics library and an extra floating-point math library
merged onto the end of it.

Is it worth the trouble to split these out?

Also, cc252 has a built-in option to link in something called lexlib.l
Anyone have this?
