[Coco] curses in tetris.ar

OK, I've got an archive, tetris.ar.  I think it's from the princeton
OS9 files on maltedmedia as tetris.game (a CUTS file)

This archive includes a file called curses.r  

Does anyone know:
1) Who wrote this?
2) is this a real curses library?
3) is it the curses library we've been trying to compile?
4) where's its matching curses.h?
5) what is the average airspeed of an unladen swallow?
