[Coco] NitrOS-9 6809 term32 window issues

OK, this is for any OS-9 programmers. The bug in NitrOS-9 that prevents 
opening windows from a Level2 6809 term32 screen has been proved to be 
an issue with the size of the OS9Boot file. Anyone can verify this by 
creating an level2 6809 os9boot file smaller than $7902 bytes which 
boots from term32, v3.2.6.

The question is why does this happen? The position of the os9boot file 
in memory changes as the size of the file changes. This probably is a 
critical factor. I could use some eyes other than my own looking into 
this problem.
