[Coco] Above 512k upgrades

Does anyone know where one could purchase (paypal/plastic) a 1MB or more
RAM upgrade kit for Coco3?
There is so much else out there, hardware and software, but this seems
to be the hole that needs filling. 
Not to build from scatch but something for us "weekend" users/solderers.
Complete with everything needed.
